As an agency, we believe that services must be clinically and culturally appropriate, client centered and family driven, supporting the health and safety of the people that we serve.
Avid Community Care, was established to provide Home Health Care services to the East African immigrant and refugee population. Current services include PCA, ILS, Night Supervision, Personal Support, In-Home Family Support, Respite, Out-of-Home Respite, and Intensive Support Crisis Respite with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
